It’s a trap
12th of August saw the implementation of two new features (lets just call them that, features). The following features got implemented:
Spike trap! The spike trap deals damage for each time the player collides into it. It comes animated with multiple frames, to indicate if the trap is active or ‘safe’ to cross. This brings on a brand new element into the maps where it will be implemented, making sure that you can’t just ‘steamroll’ your way through a map with putting the pedal to the metal
Deatstrip - or in clearer terms; the function that will make sure that the player actually dies whilst falling out of the map. This is to ensure that the game map will reset (by terminating the player), when falling down from platforms that would lead out of tha map and other designated playable areas.
