Prototyping - and why we love it

R&D

Here at BeeStoise, we believe that people learn through experience. You can read a lot of books and documentation, watch hours of videos, and even go to lectures, but few methods are as powerful as actually trying these thing out for yourself. Getting the time and space to let your creativity unfold - to solve problems and tackle situations heads on.

Therefore - we are very enthustiastic towards our developers and partners, when it comes to exploring new areas of their craft - and at times, even beyond their craft. Not only does this let them as creative individuals and artists widen their horizons, but we as a company get to enjoy this as well!

What enthustiastic people bring to the table, is by far more encouraging and creative than people who lack it. You can posess all the knowledge known to us regarding creating games and entertainment - but if you’re not “fired up” about it; it doesn’t really matter. You can introduce the most fascinating systems and designs, but it doesn’t matter much if you don’t manage to get people excited about it in the first place. Then, it can all go from a “Oh, it’s a treasure map”-scenario, to a “Oh, it’s all set in stone”.

Back to the core; We believe that letting people play around with projects - no matter how big or small, is a great thing. Triggering enthusiasm, learning and creative development for us as a company, and for them as an individual. It lights a fire - and as you all know, fires tend to spread.

Abbi

Hi! I like games, and think that they’re the ultimate form of art; combining music, color and story - all in one product.

Trying to create a game development company here - brb!
